The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

If the address is in Canada, but the purchase is made with the American Visa card, is there a problem?

Your credit card has to be registered to the address in that country, where you actually live.
