New iPhone won’t transfer
My girlfriend had just got a new iPhone 13. Both iPhone 13 and 11 have 128GB of storage and this is coming up any way of help please

Try a force restart on your old iPhone:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button.When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
Restart your new iPhone- Try again.
