I want to install the Audible app on my iPod Touch. When I try it gives the message:
You must update to iOS 15.0 or later to download and use this application.
My iPod Touch says it is up to date at iOS 12.5.5.
(If this matters) My iTunes is on a Windows 10 computer.

An unit running 12.5.5 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading the application to a newer one on the same Apple ID first.
