CoreMIDI isn't working, and the midi server can't be reached

Whenever I shut down my mac, turn the computer back on , and open up Logic pro, CoreMIDI stops working. Logic works fine, but i cannot connect any of my midi devices.

When I go to Audio MIDI Setup's MIDI Studio to try and fix the problem, This message shows, and midi studio keeps loading for eternity:

After a while of leaving the computer running, CoreMIDI starts working again.


I Have no idea what is going on.

Don't ask me about drivers, because I have not installed any drivers recently, and I don't even know how those kinds midi drivers work.

Mac mini, macOS 12.4
