Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I have a locked disabled iphone 8 plus and I'm trying to restore it has a new phone. I shut it off and hold the power button and plugged the charger in at the same time and connected to my Macbook but it's not popping up and my computer is up to date/
