Messenger

Hi! My messenger had been working normally yesterday morning; however, when I got home, I don’t receive any notifications when I get messages. They do not show up in the banner, Lock Screen, or even badges.


All of my settings show that notifications are enabled; I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app; and the notifications on the messenger app are on as well.


I’ve also restarted my phone.


Do I need to contact messenger support or..?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! If this only happening with the Messenger app? Are you receiving other notification? If specific to the one app, let's start with the steps in the following article which include checking for updates:
