Hi. I just switched over to an iphone and I have 6 accounts under my contacts tab in the settings and yet still don't have "default account" displayed on that menu. How do I know where my new contacts are being saved and, if needed, change it?

You'd toggle on/off the 'Contacts' option for each account you'd like to sync with the Contacts app within Settings > Contacts. If you enable it for more than one account, the option for 'Default Account' would then show within your Contacts settings.
