suddenly on my iPhone 12 mini everything looks huge. No way to turn off.

I cannot even turn off my iPhone 12. All letters and numbers show up in a very large size. I cannot even turn it complete off because I cannot swipe the turn off button. How to restore iPhone 12 mini to original settings?
