Macbook Pro 2018 i9 Intel Core Stuttering During Common Use

My Macbook Pro 2018 with an i9 Intel Core started to like, frame drop while Im using it for things like browsing the Internet, or watching literally any kind of video like on Youtube, Disney+, or Netflix. It will skip, almost like what a DVD does, just a bit, or pause for a microsecond then resume. It's really annoying, and it sucks not being able to use my super expensive laptop to watch videos. I tried closing out of anything else open on my computer, changing the resolution, checking my network connection, but nothing so far has helped. I don't have this issue on any other device on my network. I tried Googling for a solution but nothing helpful came up. If anyone else is having this issue, or if anyone has any ideas on how I can fix it, the help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (My OS is macOS Monteray)

How much free storage do you have remaining on your drive(?) SSD like to have 20-25% free storage at all times...

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Takes a bit longer to get to the login screen, does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, font cache, etc.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc impacting the smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

If no insight or resolve—try the Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac for hardware issue
