Iphone X screen Froze.

My girlfriend iphone x screen does move by motion and ghost touch.and the screen show pretty good and no screen lines.but when we touch it, it doesn't move a bit.we can't also open the screen lock although we know password.The screen cannot lift up.Face ID is damaged last month.so finger and password is our only choice.we already try Force Start method and also tried removing the screen protector glass.it doesn't show any success.what should we do?
