Frequent Kernel Panics - IONVMeFamily/MobileFileIntegrity (HELP!!)

I have been getting frequent and increasing kernel panics.... where my Macbook will just shutoff/restart without warning. I'm no computer whiz, but something I've noticed I get some combination or mention of the following:

[17B7DA71-092D-3930-898A-67C921988244]@0xffffff7f983a3000->0xffffff7f983e5fff

Does anybody know what this has to do with or what could be causing it. I'm attaching my full EtreCheckPro 2 Report below.

NOTE: Yes, I'm still running Catalina. However, I still download all the lastest security updates. I'm just worried that alot of my audio plugins (AU,VSTs) will not work properly if I upgrade. And I'm just not a big fan of what Apple did with the OS after Catalina. I know plenty of people running Catalina that don't have this issue. If somebody could kindly give me their two cents, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm thinking about replacing the SSD now that the prices have come down.

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.

If your Mac spontaneously restarts or displays a ... - Apple Support

If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support

<Runtime: 6:56>

<Security Updates: Disabled> (?)

<Antivirus software: CleanMyMac>

Your drive appears to be failing

I suspect this is a hardware issue with your NVMe drive

But I will say—You have installed garbage on the macOS—

< CleanMyMac X.app>

< DevCleaner.app>

<AppCleaner SmartDelete>

I would at least Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

and compare your results

Besides CMM causing problems, you also seem to still have some parts of Bitdefender still installed and loaded. After uninstalling CMM by following the developer's instructions, you also need to finish removing Bitdefender as well. Then run EtreCheck again to post a new report as it will help make it easier to look for other possible software issues.

I don't necessarily believe your SSD is failing although it is certainly possible. I do agree the "nvme" does reference the SSD. Both CMM & Bitdefender can interfere with the SSD driver so that is definitely the first thing to address. It appears you are using a Crucial SSD which means you are using a third party SSD adapter as well. From reading these forums, the only stable & reliable SSD adapter seems to be from Sintech.

My guess is the SSD adapter is not compatible. There is also a chance the SSD is not compatible either or as the others mention, the SSD may be bad. You can try checking the health of the SSD by running DriveDx and posting the complete text report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
