Kernal_task goes up to 1500% when MacbookPro connects to external monitor

Hi Apple support, I am facing issues with my MacbookPro when I connect to external monitor (BenQ 27'', HDMI cable, 1920). The kernal_task goes up to 1500% and freezes the system (which ultimately leads to restart). I have tried almost everything that I found on Internet like SMC reset, changing HDMI cables, moving to VGA cable, changing adapters, decreasing room temperature.

This issue has been irritating me since 9 months. So bad for a laptop that costs around $3000.

Anyone facing the issue ? below are my MacBookpro, Benq and Activitymonitor displays
