Not at Apple Stores or at Apple Authorized Service Providers. They require a complete service, and the terms for any non DIY service from Apple is that they own the parts replaced.

Legal - General Service - Apple
Apple will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged during service as its property, and the replacement part or product will become your property. Replaced parts and products are generally repairable and are exchanged or repaired by Apple for value.

Apple is beginning to sell newer batteries for some models. They do require specifying the target device and there will be a credit (optional) for returning the used part. That's needed because they will require that later to reset the phone such that it doesn't show messages of an unauthorized part being present.

However, that's currently only for iPhone 12/13 models.
