How am I able to get my Iphone 7 out of the restore screen that is telling me to connect to a computer?

Did you connect the iPhone 7 to a computer?

Mac, open Finder and select the iPhone

PC, you have to have iTunes for Windows installed on the computer.

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
