Caller ID not showing

The caller ID just keeps twirling

About Caller ID:

For incoming calls, maybe these people have "Show My Caller ID" disabled? Contact them, and find out...

Go to: Settings
Tap: Phone
Tap: Show My Caller ID

Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, if you cannot get Caller ID to work. Caller ID is a service that you pay for.

I called T-Mobile and for the first time they weren't helping me. I had to call them three times and the third time the lady said it was turned on on their end so it should be working. I said it wasn't and then I don't know what happened

I am saying that when I go to caller id on my phone the icon keeps twirling so you can't see if it is on or not. i called Tmobile and they said it is on on their side. On the phone you have an option of turning it off or on and that is what is twirling like it's thinking, so I can't see if it is on or not. It's been thinking for too long!!!
