Won’t turn on and overheating on charger

My Apple Watch died and ever since I tried to charge it, it overheats and then I will take it off the charger to cool but nothing happens. I tried to reset it on the charger but nothing happens the screen stays black if I put it on the charger the first thing it does is light up with the Apple symbol like it’s rebooting but then nothing and when I leave it it gets extremely hot. I don’t know what to do.
