Hi,
I use the trainline app to purchase my train tickets and i signed in to the app via apple ID verification and it uses and automated relay email address. All emails go to my actual email address, however, I am due a refund from the trainline app but they require me to reply via the original email address (the apple relay email address) how do I do this?

We understand that you'd like to reply to a message from the email address used with Hide My Email, correct?
You should simply be able to reply to the original message that was sent to the hidden email address. You can learn more about this feature here: Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices - Apple Support
