Wifi 6 on iMac 27"

hey guys, i have a 27" 2019 iMac retina. It does not have wifi 6 (AX) support, and i want to add it. I know you cannot change the actual card, so how can i add this in? i heard you can get an external thing, any recommendations or link to something i would be looking for?

new Wi-Fi router I need to buy a new router but I would like to buy a Wi-fi6 or 6e or even a 7 if it will connect and work well with my iMac with an M1 chip I am running Ventura 13.5.2 at the moment. Can I use one of the above router with this computer? are there any down-sides?

You might want to read this article. Apparently adapters for Big Sur and later are scarce or non-existent.

You can buy external WiFi adapters from just about every tech seller on the internet. I use Newegg.com usually.
