Log in Screen shows OTHER

I went to log in today and found an additional name on the screen named "Other" I didn't create this and this is the first time I have seen it, I don't mess around with settings etc, ie if it aint broke dont fix it, I wondered if an update has created it, and it requires a Name & Password to log in, no idea how this came to be, just concerned that it maybe a hacker. I tried following the instructions on a previous query but they dont seem to work. Ray
