ICCID missing from cellular watch. Can it be fixed?

I had the battery "replaced" on my Apple Watch 4, which was actually getting a whole new watch, same as last one. But when I went to start cellular, it gave me errors. I went to the Verizon store, and they said the missing ICCID was why. My old watch had it.

Anything to do about this? It is definitely a cellular watch, with the red circle.

Apple Watch Dead Within A Year Apple Watches are garbage. I received an Apple Watch 8 for Christmas last year. I was never able to successfully update my watch. Every attempt ended the same way: "Unable to verify update because you are not connected to the internet." I was, of course, connected to the internet. Apple Watch Ultra broken ambient light sensor and disappointing support I noticed that my display was not readable outdoors and overly bright when dark. Contacted Apple support via chat, a remote diagnostics was performed and verified that the ambient light sensor was defective. I was presented with 2 options, send the watch in for repair/replacement, or go into Apple Store. I chose Apple store because I did not want to be without my watch and miss out on completing fitness rings. I went to the Apple store this morning, only to be told that they would need to send in my watch, that an immediate swap was not possible. What was the point of giving me a choice to go to Apple Store if they were going to have to send in the watch anyway?? Plus the ambient light sensor was verified to be defective through their diagnostics. Unfortunately I do not have a backup watch, but then I should not need one. Anyone ran into similar problem, with possibility of not having a watch and breaking fitness streaks?

Hi, 4nn134,

If you're having trouble getting your Apple Watch activated with cellular data and it seems to be missing the ICCID, you'll need to speak with Apple Support directly. They will have access to the necessary tools and resources to investigate what is happening, and assist in resolving it. You can do that here: Get Support.
