Apple CONTACTS and Third party contacts

Hello, Changes I make to my third party contact software are not allowed/accepted by apple Contacts software; they used to sync with no problem. Does anyone have a suggestion that leads to solutions? The vendor sent this (below) and I have learned from Apple supervisor that they have no ability to restrict an account and have no involvement with code/product engineering...


So,, from the third party vendor:

"...You'll need to get in touch with Apple's support staff. Looks like they've restricted your account. You share this part of logs below which says Account is restricted in the last 6th line.
