panic cpu 4 caller

Always happens when I travel my Mac. I put it in my backpack, and then I want to use it (open) I get this error. I tried the hardware test, no errors. I try reinstall the os (delete the partition), but I got it with the fresh as well. What is it ? What is the problem. So annoying.

PS.: I use hard shell, soft case, never dropped, never got any liquid.

I tried to find this error message on entire internet, but no result.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.4

I don't see any software issues. I do see Webkit had some high CPU usage. Webkit is part of Safari (and may be possibly be used for the web portion of other Apple apps).

When you performed the clean install of macOS, did you erase the whole physical drive or just the APFS volume/Container? If you didn't erase the whole physical SSD, then try running Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if First Aid says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll back through the report to see if any unfixed errors are listed. If there are any unfixed errors listed, then run First Aid from Internet Recovery Mode (Command + Option + R), otherwise you will need to erase the whole physical SSD before restoring from a backup or clone.

This is a longshot, but run DriveDx to check the health of the SSD. Unfortunately the Apple SSD's don't contain much information in their health report, but it never hurts to check. Post the complete text report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

Since you don't have any software installed which would cause the problem this means either your laptop has a hardware issue that will need repaired, or a connected external device is causing the problem (assuming it is not a file system issue). If the problem occurs with no external devices connected, then it will be a hardware issue with the laptop.

The new Kernel Panic reveals the same thing as the first one you posted. The USB driver was the last one loaded and the WiFi drivers were in the backtrace which could mean a WiFi issue as @Grant mentioned.

To look for possible software issues run EtreCheck and give it "Full Disk Access" so the report includes more details which may provide more clues. Post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

The "OS X Base System" is the macOS installer. The "Macintosh SSD - Data" and "Update" are your normal macOS volumes necessary for Monterey.

When you did the clean install, did you test the laptop before migrating/restoring from a backup? And before installing any third party apps? Once you migrate/restore from a backup you are bringing back the problem. If you have the problem with a clean install before installing any third party apps and before migrating/restoring from a backup, then it means you likely have a hardware issue which will need to be repaired by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Your MacBook Pro 15-in from 2017 running Monterey 12.4 had Wi-Fi drivers at the scene of the crime. so any third party add-on that has communications overtones is immediately suspect, such as your ad blocker, or if you use iCloud or other photo sharing, duplicate eliminator.

You may need to try running without those add-ons. One really quick way to do that is by running in Safe mode, where no third-party add-ons are loaded.

Continue: I tried the safe mode. It was getting very hot, and all apps was scrolling (perhaps no drives? I think).

I was afraid to put it to sleep, was to hot.

Then try to reinstall the original OS, and I got error -3. Then reinstall the newest OS version. Now the Mac is working with a new error message.

Same situation, if I put it in the bag, and take it with me to work, when I wake it up, and got the error message.

I have these partitions. Can I delet all, or I need to keep the "base system".

And thank you to try help me.
