Turn on Precise Location Remotely

How can I turn on precise GPS locations remotely? My phone has been stolen how do I know the exact location to give to police. I can see it is at a location using Find My but can't narrow it down to specific location where police could walk almost up the person that has stolen my phone and hear it when I hit button for the sound or alarm to go off.
