Wifi greyed out on Mac

my wifi and Bluetooth are greyed out in my mac, I’ve tried hard reset and restarting but nothing working

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi tiarenee23,

have you tried to press "Turn Wi-fi On" button on the right? What happens?


Otherwise try to Reset the NVRAM and SMC.


Restart in Safe Mode and see if you can use Wi Fi. (Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (UK))


In System Preferences->Network, create a new Location and see if you can access Wifi using this Location.
