My iPhone is saying that the network administrator has turned on restricted mode but in my settings it says everything is allowed

Restricted is greyed out I’m over 18 I have had restrictions ever since sprint merged with T-Mobile. If your phone is controlled by your school or employer you need to talk to the administrator of your phone.
