Restricted is greyed out I’m over 18

I have had restrictions ever since sprint merged with T-Mobile. I am using cellular data because I have no Wi-Fi at home and I can’t access websites that I used to be able to access and my YouTube says that I am restricted by my network administrator but I’m 21 years old I had never been restricted by my parents in the past so why now?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Hello MatthewLp3z,

Are you talking about the built in restrictions on your device? If so, you can turn that off by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, and turn that toggle switch off.

Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're talking about a network level restriction through your wireless carrier, then you'll need to turn that off through them. If that is what you're referring to, T-Mobile calls the service "Web Guard", and you can find more information about turning that off here: Web Guard device content filter

Cheers!
