Issues with my iPhone 12 mini

i have man iphone 12 mini if that is relevant

• - i can't post tiktoks (?) 
• -tiktok like takes ages to load and will load like 12 videos and i have to close out of the ap and wait again? 
• - sounds and filters don't load either
• - pinterest won't let me look at comments? 
• - i can't watch ads and pocket life
• - i can't see the radar on the weather app 
• - i can't sign into my xbox live or change my skin 
• i can't use the news app like at all 
• i can't sign into starbucks or choose a store
• roblox doesn't work at all 
• netflix and dictionary.com yell at me saying in not online but everything works fine?
• the wifi symbol doesn't show up at the top right corner even tho in settings it says i am?
• yet my safari and texts both work perfectly
• i've tried literally everything 
  • resetting phone from like when you freshly buy a new one
  • signing out
  • clearing my settings
  • messing with every cellular setting ever 
  • restettibg my network settings
  • the att store
  • replacing the sim card 
  • checking for updates
