Hi Guys, I started the screen and it's displaying horizontal lines. Can you please help me know if it's a software issue or I need to change the screen altogether. Thanks.

Looks like a hardware issue with the laptop's built-in display. You can confirm by connecting an external display and enabling mirroring. If the issue only affects the laptop's built-in display, then that it confirms the diagnosis which will require the laptop to be repaired. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.
