Older exerciser problems
I notice that Vo2 max range ends at 60. Up to that point ranges are suggested in 10 year groups. I am turning 69 next week and it gets harder to achieve the high range as I age. Why is there no 70-79? 80-89? I could extrapolate, but I like the way your expectations are science backed. I intend to exercise as long as I can breathe. Can you improve the upper age range in your development? Is there a reason why it’s just 60+?
