I have FCPX 10.6.3 and trying to use FCPX Image Stabilizer 2.0 but the effect plug-in is not working.

I have FCPX 10.6.3 and trying to use FCPX Image Stabilizer 2.0 but the effect plug-in is not working. When I try to use it, it shows a red error screen with 2 screen images overlaid on top of one another. I've tried updating the oxml and display size on the effect itself to update it to the FCPX 10.6.3 version, but that's not working either. I tried opening the effect in Motion, but it says I'm missing hte following filters and generators: RZ, P&S, Kaleidotile, PFS Auto Tracker. The generator that's missing is PFSInstruction_Local.

Checked on youtube for more help but at a loss of what to do, what's missing, or if the 10.6.3. version of FCPX is not compatible or has bugs with these effects now.
