Face ID unlock

The face ID sensor stopped working after I use waterslide whit my phone ! The sensor is new now and it still not working !

What can i do about this problem?

Face ID not working on iPhone Face recognition has stopped working on my iPhone i- I have tried resetting but it doesn't look like my face is scanning so nothing happens. The camera seems to be working. I have turned off & on etc. don't know what to do next [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Did Apple, an Apple authorized service provider, or a 3rd party replace the sensor?
