Iphone 6 Sound Issue

iphone 6 is stuck on headphone mode so can't hear videos on phone. How do you get it to be unstuck?

iPhone 6 is an outdated iPhone (9 september 2014) -> 7 years old, which also affects the hardware That may be the cause of the problem.
