Can not read NFC tags on my iPhone 12 Pro Max

I tried two different apps to write to two different brands of NFC tags. I have decided on using NFC Tools app, it seemed better designed. It seems to write to the tags just fine, but when I try to read them on the same iPhone, or even another one, it does nothing. I have tried behind the back upper left/right etc. But if I open NFC Tools it can read it, but that is not what I want it to do. It just reads the info on the tag and does not offer inserting the info for my wi-fi network or goes to the URL in a browser.

I created one tag with wi-fi setting for guests and another tag with a URL of a website to upload large files sent to me.

Any ideas?
