I have a second email with apple that I need to reset Password

I have a second email address that I need to recover my password, how do I do that? Is not my Apple ID

Why do I have to keep resetting my Apple Account password? My apple account wants me to update the password for an old email which I don't use. I have tried updating this in the past and the new email then loses its information and I have to start all over with a new password for that. HELP [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
