Activity won’t transfer to my activity app on new iPhone 13

Just got the iPhone 13 … use the activity app on the iPhone, after setting my watch up with this phone activity worked for a few days on the phone.. now it won’t link up or sync at all… I tried to go to watch and than general settings and reset sync data but it won’t even let me click that option at all. Any other ideas how to fix the sync problem to my activity app on iPhone? Attached a pic.. it’s 8pm end of the day and I closed all my rings already but this is what it says
