As of 7/12/22, does Catalina 10.15.7 still get the most recent MS Office 365 updates?

I have been running 10.14 Mojave on my Mac Mini (late 2012) and MB Air (mid 2013) since 10/12/21. In Mojave, I have been topped out on my MS Office 365 subscription to MS Office ver. 16.54. Excel, which I use extensively, has been horribly buggy for many months, maybe even since my upgrade from Hi Sierra 10.13 to Mojave. I am hoping two things:

1) Upgrading to Catalina will allow MS Office to update to the most current version so I am no longer stuck in Office 365 ver. 16.54

2) That whatever upgrade level MS allows, will solve my very problematic Excel issues.

I have learned that Microsoft's version updates cover just the rolling 3 most current Mac OSX versions.

Most current OS releases: Catalina (released10/7/19), Big Sur (released11/12/20), Monterey (released10/25/21)

Microsoft only provides current updates to Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 for Mac if installed on Catalina or later. Once macOS Ventura is released, Microsoft will then only support Big Sur and later, with no further Office updates available for those on Catalina.
