Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese)

After googling iPhone (Chinese & Japanese keyboard) I read several post on Apple Communities from Oct. 2014, Jan. 2016 & June 2017 with several comments, but no response from Apple & no official explanation or verification of why this keyboard is showing up on backups Can someone from Apple or someone with Pacific information explain why this keyboard shows up on iPhone 13 pro max & iPhone 11 Pro Max backups?

I have been hack, had my phone replaced & experience complete harassment, stocking, identity theft & more since Jan 2022 so 7 months of pure he$$. Therefor I am extremely paranoid and watchful of all mobile, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth.
