Did a watch repair over the phone on 7-11-22. My case ID is not finding the repair order. Also, I completed my credit card information during the call. I did not receive an email with the information as promised by the caller.
I started a watch repair over the phone on 7-11-22. My case ID is not finding the repair order. Also, I completed my credit card information during the call. I did not receive an email with the information about my case as promised by the caller. I did receive another email asking me to complete my credit card information to begin the repair. I have concerns about the call being legitimate. ASAP. Connie Hein
