I found a certificate in my iCloud. 2022031500
is this a trusted cert?? My iPad says no? How do I get rid of it.

Where does it say its not trusted exactly?
That is the current Trust Store certificate. There is no way to change it even it wasn't the current one, however it is the current one.
On the page before, you see the Settings logo for the certificate. And right next to it and in red it says not trusted certificate. And when I look on my iPhone or my Mac, I don’t see the certificate anywhere. When I activated that certificate and then I logged into my email it said that my MacBook Logged into my email
I think you may be misreading something.
If you are installing a school certificate as suggested by the support document you posted from, it may not yet be trusted, but the Trust Store certificate is trusted and has nothing to do with that.
Logging into your email may or may not produce a notice you have done just that. Not sure why that would be wrong? It also has noting to do with Apple's Trust Store certificates.
If you explain exactly what you are doing, steps by step, maybe someone may be able to advise.
