Please read this support page for help requesting a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.


Please keep in mind if you're apart of a Family Sharing group and have Purchase Sharing enabled, your card may be the payment method. In other words, all purchases of the Family Sharing group go to the default Purchase Sharing payment method (which may be your card). Please verify no one else in the Family Sharing group bought the item.


If you need to cancel a subscription, please read this support page: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If you're not apart of a Family Sharing group and no one else has access to your account, please change your Apple ID password immediately, Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support!

  • You can try to request a refund, refund only within 90 days.
  • If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
  • If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
