There is no blood pressure sensor on the current watch models... hopefully soon. :)

Anyway, no, you don't need cellular service for the blood oxygen sensor to work on your watch.

apple watch can a series 1 apple watch pair with a se second generation? every time i try to pair i get a notification that i’m not connected to the internet, but i am. my phone is updated to the ios 16.2
