My app just asks me to Pair I can’t unpair it

my watch won’t pair to my new phone and it won’t take the backup. My app isn’t even on my new phone and when I open it it just ask me to pair a watch. I have reset my watch as well.

Trying to pair my watch to iphone and the app repeatedly unpairs the app when I press the setup key. Trying to pair series 8 watch to iphone. Pairing completes but when I select the "setup" button on the iphone, get a message that my phone is unpairing the watch. What?

Apple Watch not pairing Apple watch was saying storage full, so I unpaired it from my Iphone and now it won't let me pair it back
