Need to redownload my Apple Music from my old phone and old email.
I need to port or transfer my purchased 7,000 songs from my old phone to my new email and Apple ID do iTunes…please help …

If you have a new Apple ID then it cannot access music purchased on your old Apple ID, either by download or by phone to phone transfer. If you want to change ownrship of the assets then I would should reach out to Apple Support directly to see if it is possible. You should be able to reach them here
