can I transfer purchased iTunes music from one Apple ID to a new Apple ID

My Apple ID that I have had for years keeps getting hijacked/hacked over and over again and as a result my iPhone's and other devices seem to be compromised way to frequently. I decided to bite the bullet and just start over with a brand new Apple ID/Icloud email. I know I will lose all my purchases, but I was wondering if my purchased music on iTunes can be transferred from my old ID to my new one.

No. Nothing can transfer.

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised, change the password and enable two-factor authentication. (appleid.apple.com).
