How do I maintain my phone battery
my battery health keep getting low what do I do about it ?

Keep it from getting hot (eg using it in bright sun will cook the battery) and charge it all night every night. Nothing else to do.
You can expect to lose up to 1% a month.
It will function quite normally until it gets to 80% at which point have Apple replace it
