Restore in progress

Hi I have enough storage on my iPhone but my phone is still stuck on restore in progress for almost 3 months now. I can’t even backup or update the phone. What should I do? please help me

"stop restoring iPhone" fails My iPhone 13 Pro indicates it will not install an update until the iPhone is finished restoring from the iCloud backup. I have had this message since I first restored the backup in January. Every backup since that time has failed, and continues to fail, for the same reason. The settings screen states, Restore in Progress. An estimated 500mb bill be required to finish restoring your apps and data. This message is strange because I have at least 400GB of iCloud storage remaining and over 100G GB on the phone itself. I have gone into the Backup screen, and selected Stop Restoring iPhone, and selected Stop, but nothing seems to change. The message on that screen says, This iPhone is currently being restored and will automatically back up when it is done. Restoring Media. Any thoughts as to how I can force the restore to stop and the phone to update?

If you are unable to complete the restore from an iCloud backup, the next step will be to Contact Apple Support directly for further assistance.
