Iphone screen ghost touch

I am from Pakistan, My iPhone (8 plus) screen is malfunctioning (ghost touch), Am I eligible for a free screen replacement from an authorized apple service provider??

Green screen. Apple, please add the screen replacement for iPhones to your "Apple service programs". I recently got this issue with iPhone 13 Pro Max all of a sudden. Ended up going to the service center, so many people there had the exact same problem. In Indonesia screen replacement costs about 500 US dollars, that's 1/3 the price of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. My phone was bought on March 2022, so the warranty finished a month ago. I don't want to pay 500 US dollars for something that's not my fault! I paid for a diagnostic though: HDI pass, VMI pass, no physical damages at all. So how is it my fault if the phone is not damaged in any way? A lot of people are experiencing the same issue with green/yellow/pink/white/whatever color screen, and you are refusing to take responsibility!
