What Is Xcode Preview? And Can I Remove It?

I’m about 99 percent sure my IPhone 13 pro max is hacked . If I could go into further detail on why, I would .. but basically I heard every key I punched on my iPhone being replayed in a “Siri” type robotic voice in my neighbors appt. No I’m absolutely not kidding. When going through my apps I found something called Xcode preview, but I only see it in my apps list on my settings, no where else. Is there another way to delete apps other then the home page of my iPhone? Thanks for the help
