I have a Face ID issue but my phone is up to date

I clicked the learn more an it said that my phone needed to be updated. But there. Is no update for my phone. I use a lot of my apps with Face ID. I would like this issue resolved.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

if you've made sure that your iOS is up to date (iOS 15.5), then as the next step instructs, contact Apple or bring your device in for service

i Don’t have an apple store in my current area or a Genius Bar idk what to do!
