My MacBook Pro MacOS Monterey 12.4 does not see printer at all.

Printer Phaser 6020 was reinstalls many times in attempts to manage this fault, but was no positive consequences.

Please, help me ASAP to resolve the problem.

It is very very big problem for me.

Hi,

How is your printer connected? If via USB, are you using the latest drivers from the printer manufacturer? Always check that you are downloading from an official web site for the manufacturer, or from Apple.

Although not specifically mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support, the Xerox Phaser 6020 appears to be an AirPrint-supported model (according to the following brochure).

https://www.office.xerox.com/latest/602SS-01X.PDF

This means that it ought to be possible to add this model (as an AirPrint printer) without having to install any drivers, provided that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).
